Role Description Section is an AI transformation company that helps organizations get real value from generative AI. AI-powered workforces will have a sustained competitive advantage over the next decade, but most of the workforce is unprepared. We help organizations plan their AI transformation, upskill their workforce, and integrate AI into their workflows and business processes – all with the goal of driving real productivity gains and ROI. Our goal is to bring a million workers into the “AI class” by 2026. As part of our growth, we are looking for AI Consultants to lead client engagements from strategy to execution. In this role, you’ll own a book of clients, creating their AI workforce transformation plans and then helping them to execute these transformations. This role requires an ability to work “high low” – you’ll shift between strategic thinking and tactical execution multiple times per day, leading executive conversions and extracting insights from interviews and surveys. You must be an AI power user, fluent in AI tools and LLMs and how they can drive efficiency for knowledge workers. - Deliver end-to-end AI workforce transformation engagements, including assessment, business case development, recommendations, and execution - Facilitate stakeholder workshops and employee interviews to explore the current state, align on goals, and make progress on AI adoption work - Build change management programs that drive 50%+ of the workforce to use AI weekly and achieve productivity gains - Analyze AI readiness survey results and employee interviews to craft strategic recommendations and actionable execution plans for clients - Identify opportunities for larger AI workflow redesigns based on client interviews and leadership discussions, and work with implementation consultants to redesign workflows - Own account growth by convincing clients to choose Section as their implementation partner for change management and workflow redesigns (coming out of your recommendations) - Partner with sales to understand AI readiness, uncover needs, and build custom proposals for potential new clients - Serve as the primary client contact, providing strategic guidance, managing scope, and aligning across stakeholders - Track progress, resolve issues, and ensure work delivers on success metrics - Be an expert in the AI transformation space — you are the SME on what makes an AI transformation unique and successful - Integrate AI into your own workflows to improve efficiency and quality Qualifications - 5+ years in organizational consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise software deployments ideally for Fortune 500 clients - Strong grasp of LLMs, AI capabilities, and challenges related to AI workforce deployments in large organizations - Experience deploying change management principles and tactics to business outcomes - Experience selling consulting services and owning revenue responsibility and/or pre-sales support with new and existing clients - Exceptional communication and presentation skills effective with executives and technical experts - Proven experience incorporating AI into your own personal workflows to increase your efficiency and effectiveness Requirements - BONUS: Experience integrating AI into complex workflows to drive productivity, cost, or quality outcomes - BONUS: Ability to collaborate with technical team building AI solutions and agents Compensation - Salary: $180,000K - $220,000 base salary + annual bonus. Role Description The Military OneSource contact center serves as the primary entry point for participant engagement across all program services. Triage Consultants play a critical role in assessing participant needs, determining eligibility and scope of services, and facilitating appropriate referrals or warm hand-offs to internal and external service providers.
