Founding Account Executive

Role Description We are hiring our first Account Executive. You will close meetings sourced from our own outbound system, work high-intent leads we curate for you daily, and own the full sales cycle from discovery through client kickoff. You will report directly to the founders and help define our sales process as the company grows. Responsibilities - Run discovery calls on meetings booked by our outbound and ads systems - Work a curated list of 5-10 high-intent leads daily through manual outreach - Build and deliver custom proposals to senior B2B buyers - Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, close - Close revenue from a mix of sources, including our outbound, your outbound, inbound leads, and referrals - Document and define a repeatable sales process alongside the founders - Provide feedback that improves our messaging, ICP definition, and outbound campaigns Qualifications - 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience - Closed deals at $25,000+ ACV with multi-stakeholder buying processes - Experience selling to senior B2B buyers, including VPs of Sales, CROs, and CMOs - Strong written communication - Comfortable working on a small team without established systems - US-based Preferred Qualifications - Experience selling at a B2B services company or agency - Familiarity with Clay, Instantly, and other modern outbound tools - Personal experience with cold outbound, as an SDR, founder, or operator - Ability to speak to the value of cold email from lived experience Compensation - $150,000 OTE - $75,000 base / $75,000 commission, 50/50 split - Uncapped commissions - 10% of revenue, for the life of the account, on deals you source from your own cold outreach Logistics - Fully remote, US-based - Direct mentorship and call shadowing from the founders during onboarding - Founders on every deal review Hiring Process - 30-minute introductory conversation with Kyle - Conversation with Kyle and Andrew - Working session on a real deal scenario - Reference calls - Offer

Senior Account Executive

Role Description This position is responsible for the day to day management of an increasingly complex portfolio of captive insurance clients, including risk retention groups, insurance reciprocal exchanges and/or other complex structures, the number of which varies depending on complexity of the accounts, as well as serving as a mentor and resource to Staff Accountants.
