Role Description The Student Assistant – Project Manager Assistant will work in the PMO and will be mainly focused on projects that are not managed by the PMO or “non-PMO managed projects”. Today, we have countless projects being managed outside of the PMO and have limited to no visibility. We don't know how they are being managed, we don't know dates and timelines, we don't know what the budget may or may not be. For these reasons, we are looking to bring in a Student that can help us wrap our arms around this work. The Student will be responsible for: - Inventorying the non-PMO managed projects - Providing reporting and status updates on non-PMO managed projects - Help define a process to get visibility into non-PMO managed projects - Determine a long-term solution for non-PMO managed projects that will provide the visibility and support these projects need - Provide PM training and support to non-PMO Project Managers - Other Duties required by PMO Qualifications - Must be a current student at the University of Washington; preferably focused on a degree in Business Administration or other related field. Role Description The Supervisor of Counseling Services at Stellar Virtual will lead and support a team of Academic Counselors who provide virtual (K-8) students with comprehensive counseling services.
