• Design and build automated workflows that integrate AI tools and APIs into existing systems • Identify manual or inefficient processes and engineer smarter, scalable solutions • Work with tools such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms to connect applications and automate tasks • Integrate large language models (LLMs) and AI services such as OpenAI, Claude, or similar into operational workflows • Write clean scripts and code to support automation pipelines (Python, JavaScript, or similar) • Monitor, test, and troubleshoot automated systems to ensure reliability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflow requirements and deliver solutions • Document processes, systems, and workflow logic clearly • Stay up to date with developments in AI tooling, automation platforms, and best practices

Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in automation engineering, workflow development, or a closely related role
  • Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform (Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and how to apply them practically
  • Basic to intermediate coding ability (Python preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving instincts — you enjoy digging into a challenge
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Experience with API integrations and webhooks
  • Exposure to prompt engineering or building LLM-powered pipelines
  • Familiarity with databases and data handling (SQL, Airtable, Google Sheets automation, etc.)
  • Experience with vector databases or RAG workflows
  • Understanding of basic cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
