Marketing Manager

Liftoff, Inc.

• Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of Liftoff’s AMER event program. • Tailor event and campaign approaches for different audiences, verticals, and regional contexts. • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that integrate events, email, content, webinars, and digital tactics. • Collaborate with the content and communications team to produce high-quality thought leadership and event-related content. • Work cross-functionally with Revenue, Product Marketing, Brand, and regional marketing teams.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on events, content, and campaign execution, ideally in adtech, mobile, or high-tech SaaS.
  • Proven event management expertise across the full lifecycle: strategy, logistics, vendor management, on-site execution, and post-event analysis.
  • Holistic marketing acumen with a strong understanding of how events, content, digital, and partner channels work together.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and analyzing marketing KPIs.
  • Technical proficiency with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Splash, WordPress, and project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
  • Partner marketing experience with a track record of building productive co-marketing relationships and programs.
  • AI fluency and a demonstrated habit of using AI tools to improve workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally alongside revenue, design, and product teams.
  • Willingness to travel for events and team gatherings.
