Baltic Assist

Role Description As a Key Account Manager in this role, you will manage and grow key partner and customer relationships for a fast‑growing B2B eCommerce SaaS company, supporting B2B sellers globally with modern digital ordering and eCommerce solutions. You will own key accounts and the Nordic partner landscape, driving revenue through long‑term relationships while working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams. How you’ll spend your day - Managing and growing key partner and customer accounts in the Nordic region - Building long‑term, trust‑based relationships with partners and senior stakeholders - Running regular account and partner meetings with structured follow‑ups - Identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue through existing and new accounts - Supporting partner‑led deals and engaging directly with selected customers - Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams on commercial initiatives - Coordinating joint activities such as campaigns, webinars, and customer engagements - Monitoring account performance, market trends, and competitor activity - Updating CRM systems and maintaining clear visibility of pipelines and opportunities - Representing the company in partner meetings and occasional industry events Qualifications - Experience in Key Account Management, Partner Management, or similar B2B commercial roles - Exposure to SaaS, eCommerce, or other digital solutions in a tech‑driven business environment - A strong commercial mindset and interest in growing accounts and revenue over time - Confidence working with a range of stakeholders, including senior decision‑makers - Clear communication skills and a structured way of working, with good follow‑up habits - Hands‑on experience in the Nordic region, with interest in or exposure to additional European markets such as DACH or Benelux as a plus - Ability to balance multiple accounts and opportunities in a dynamic environment - A proactive, high‑energy and curious approach to markets and partners, with the resilience to handle rejection and pursue new opportunities - Experience with CRM or outreach tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, or Apollo (or similar) - Fluency in English Benefits - The opportunity to work with a fast‑growing international B2B eCommerce SaaS company - A high‑impact role with real ownership over key accounts and the Nordic market - A remote‑first working setup, offering flexibility and autonomy - An international work environment with exposure to diverse clients, partners, and industries - Close collaboration with experienced commercial, marketing, and product teams - An individual performance‑based bonus tied directly to results - Flexible working hours aligned with Nordic business needs - Eligibility for private health insurance after 1 year of employment - One fully paid sick day per quarter after the trial period, to support you in emergency situations - Occasional business travels within the Nordics and EU
