Qualifications - At least 5+ years as Software Engineer ideally in a product-driven, fast paced environment — customer-facing context, not just executing tickets. - Hands-on experience designing distributed systems, applying architectural patterns, and building secure, multi-tenant applications. - Structured, self-directed way of working — proactive communication in a remote setup. - Technology as a means to solve real customer problems, not just for elegance of implementation. - Experience with business expense or accounting platforms, or SaaS solutions is a plus. - Full ownership from product discovery to production deployment. - Ability to maintain team spirit and culture while diving deep into development. - Based in the EU, preferably in Germany.
