CRM Operations Analyst, Mid-level

Stone & Company

• The person will be responsible for operating and executing CRM communications for Stone's products, working directly on building, sending, monitoring, and tracking customer journeys across channels. • Operationalize CRM campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud; • Build and review segmentations and audiences; • Configure sends in channels (email, push, WhatsApp, SMS, HSM, in-app, etc.); • Track the calendar and prioritize requests; • Validate communications, perform tests and operational QA; • Monitor operational metrics and track results; • Support the structuring of processes, documentation, and continuous improvement of the operation; • Interface with stakeholders to align requirements and deadlines; • Support the organization of experiments and A/B tests.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with CRM and campaign operations;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
  • Organized and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously;
  • Good communication and ability to work with different teams;
  • Analytical profile and attention to detail.
