Product Manager
nCino, Inc.
• Support the implementation process team of a client’s products and services • Work across cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products • Research, collate VOC, aggregate market data, mine usage analytics, and present results to Sr. PMs and designers • Plan, draft initiatives and epics for handoff to Sr. PM • Perform effective knowledge transfer to the engineering team • Track adoption via usage analytics, support feedback, and CSM sentiments from customers • Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance product decision-making and identify customer behavior patterns
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2+ years of experience/proficiency or a combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment
- Ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements
- Knowledge of Agile principles
- Knowledge of the commercial, small business banking, treasury, consumer space in relation to both processes and regulations
- Experience with loan origination software/technology
