• Load passive segments into Sabre GDS and/or Tramada; add costings and prepare client documentation • Issue, reissue, and process refunds for airline tickets in line with fare rules and airline policies • Advise on visa requirements, travel documentation, insurance, and destination regulations • Maintain detailed client profiles to support a personalised service experience • Monitor bookings for schedule changes and communicate updates proactively • Accurately document bookings, preferences, and communications in the booking system • Meet agreed SLAs and turnaround times • Handle payment processing, invoicing, and reconciliation per financial procedures
Job Requirements
