Role Description The Inbound Sales Representative for AU telecommunications account handles incoming calls from customers inquiring about mobile plans, internet services, or upgrades. They aim to convert interest into sales by using their knowledge about the company’s products or services to provide potential customers with accurate, concise, and complete information.
