This position is fully remote. The Construction Foreman supervises and coordinates carpenters and laborers. Duties include interpreting blueprints, planning tasks, overseeing framework, fixture, and drywall installation, performing basic electrical, plumbing, and concrete work, ensuring quality and safety, training the crew, communicating progress to project managers, and maintaining a clean site. Primary Responsibilities - Lead, supervise, and coordinate a crew of carpenters and laborers on active job sites - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications; communicate scope clearly to crew members - Plan daily tasks, assign work, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope - Construct and oversee the building of frameworks such as walls, floors, and door/window frames - Oversee installation of structures and fixtures (doors, cabinets, drywall, trim, etc.) - Direct and assist with drywall installation, finishing, and repairs - Coordinate and perform basic electrical, plumbing, and concrete work as needed - Ensure quality control by inspecting work for accuracy, safety, and craftsmanship standards - Train, mentor, and develop crew members to improve skill levels and productivity - Enforce safety regulations and ensure proper use of equipment, including lifts and machinery - Communicate regularly with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure alignment - Track progress, materials, and labor needs; report updates to management - Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient job site - Why EquipmentShare?
