We are hiring two candidates for this position, and the roles will be based at our dynamic site in Durham (USA). Work Modality: Hybrid (3 days office and 2 remote) Accountabilities: - Drive innovation in agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and digital twins, exploring new methodologies and applications. - Design, implement, and optimize algorithms for autonomous decision-making, coordination, and policy learning among agents and digital twins using techniques like Markov Decision Processes (MDPs), Partially Observable MDPs (POMDPs), and multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL). - Evaluate agent performance in the context of decision making, collaboration, competition, uncertainty. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring knowledge transfer to IT engineering teams for IT solution builds and deployment. - Keep pace with industry advancements by reviewing academic papers and attending conferences. Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and represent the company at scientific forums. - Communicate technical concepts and results to technical and non-technical audiences. Essential skills/Experience: - Min Bachelor´s degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning or related fields. - At least 3 years of experience in Deep Learning and ML - Excellent coding skills in languages such as Python, R. - Hands-on industrial experience designing multi-agent patterns, digital twins and experience with agentic AI design patterns, reinforcement learning. - Extensive industrial experience with AI and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, - Hands-on experience with GenAI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI - Hands-on experience with reinforcement learning libraries such as OpenAI Gym, Ray RLlib, or Stable Baselines. - Hands-on industrial experience with applied machine learning domains such as deep learning, NLP, GenAI. Desirable skills/experience: - Contributions to open-source projects. • Lead enterprise Voice AI deployments end-to-end • Optimize containment, CSAT, and task success rates • Integrate Voice AI into Five9 or similar CCaaS platforms • Design conversation flows, prompts, and fallback logic • Improve QA, evals, and conversation performance metrics • Support compliant outbound Voice AI operations • Partner directly with executive leadership on roadmap priorities

• Own the agent build for new customer deployments for Non-Emergency Call Agent offerings. • Take an agency's policies, SOPs, and call patterns and turn them into the behavior of an AI agent. • Lead agent build end to end for assigned customer deployments • Run SOP workshops with customer ops leads to map call types, triage logic, escalation rules, and transfer destinations • Translate phone trees, training manuals, and call recordings into executable agent behavior through structured prompts and configuration • Iterate prompts and agent logic against UAT feedback and live-call learnings • Partner with the Project Manager on weekly customer check-ins. • Run QA on agent behavior post-go-live • Contribute to and improve Hyper's standard SOP library across deployments • Coordinate with Integration Engineering on telephony, SSO, and CAD integration handoffs

Role Description We are looking for a motivated AI/ML Intern to join Ensora Health’s technology team and work on cutting‑edge projects involving Generative AI, AI agents, document analysis, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. Over the course of this 10‑week, full‑time summer internship, you’ll gain hands‑on experience building prototypes, exploring emerging technologies, and contributing to real‑world AI solutions that support mental health care technology and our customers.
