Account Executive - Law Enforcement

Role Description We are looking for a high energy, driven SaaS seller with direct law enforcement experience who is eager to jump in, create pipeline, and help build momentum in a growing market. The right candidate is a self starter who is comfortable prospecting, opening new doors, building relationships, and creating opportunities through consistent outbound effort and strong territory ownership. - Prospect and develop new relationships with law enforcement professionals and partners. - Build & maintain a high-performance sales pipeline, managing efficient & professional sales cycles and close contracts. - Lead discovery with law enforcement agencies on their needs and present innovative new strategies to transform scheduling in their organization. - Travel to customer sites and attend trade shows. - Foster a professional sales culture of mutual benefit to both First Due and the customer. - Maintain current understanding of public safety industry including software ecosystem, trends, performance indicators, competitive landscape and business practices. Qualifications - 3+ years of direct experience selling SaaS software to law enforcement agencies. - Proven track record of building pipeline and creating new opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and territory development. - Demonstrated hunter mentality with the ability to open doors, create momentum, and grow a developing territory. - Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting through close. - Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. - Experience presenting to command staff, operations leaders, IT teams, and other key stakeholders within law enforcement agencies. - Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding quota goals. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced remote environment. - Collaborative approach to working cross functionally with marketing, product, solutions consulting, implementation, and customer success teams. - Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools. - Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
