ARGUMENTORIK ACADEMY
• Hands-on management of all paid marketing activities on Meta, Google and, where applicable, LinkedIn • Development and implementation of test and scaling roadmaps (creatives, audiences, funnels, offers) • Management and optimization of webinar and VSL funnels for high-ticket coaching programs • Responsibility for core KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV, show-up & closing rates • Build and maintain a clean tracking setup with Hyros, FunnelCockpit, GoHighLevel • Briefing and coordination of the creative team and freelancers (editor, designer, copywriter) • Weekly performance reviews and data-driven recommendations for management • Identification of new growth levers and continuous funnel optimization
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, including experience with high-ticket products or coaching funnels
- Strong understanding of funnel structures, offers and conversion mechanics
- Demonstrable success in scaling profitable paid campaigns
- Confident user of: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hyros, FunnelCockpit, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, WebinarJam/EverWebinar, Calendly, HubSpot, Zapier
- Experience managing freelancers or small teams is a plus
- Analytical thinking, high degree of ownership, solution-oriented working style
- Structured communication — also in a remote setup
- Excellent German and English skills
