Role Description We're bringing performance marketing fully in-house across our brand portfolio. No more agencies. No more middlemen. You'll work directly with our founders. Your job: own the accounts, run the tests, scale what works. The Family Group is a house of brands for families, from baby to teenage years. We're TheFamily Group — a house of brands for families, from baby to teenage years. Double-digit million revenue, strong growth, and a clear ambition: to become the company behind Europe's most loved kids & family brands. We've outgrown agency setups. Now we need someone who thinks like a founder, executes like a specialist, and wants to build something they're proud of. - Own and run performance marketing across multiple brands (Meta, Google, TikTok) - Build a structured testing framework for creatives, hooks, and audiences - Work closely with brand teams to develop high-performing ad creatives - Set up and improve tracking & attribution from the ground up (Shopify, GA4) - Analyze performance data deeply and turn insights into action - Scale winning campaigns and systematically improve CAC - Think in funnels and customer journeys — not just channels Qualifications - Several years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in D2C - Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search & Shopping)— this is your core craft (must-have) - Analytical mindset: you read numbers, draw conclusions, test hypotheses - Experience with creative testing and iterative optimization - No fear of ambiguity — you create structure where there is none Requirements - Nice to have: Shopify experience - Nice to have: TikTok Ads - Nice to have: Attribution and tracking setup know-how Benefits - Full ownership over something that actually matters - Direct collaboration with the founders — short paths, real decisions - Fast learning curve across multiple brands and audiences - A team that builds, not manages - Competitive salary + upside potential - Dynamic, no-corporate environment
