Enterprise Account Executive

Curacel

Role Description Your Objective: Close > $250k in annual contract value. How you'll help us achieve it: - Help generate new revenues by sealing partnerships with medium to large insurers and insurance brokers in North, East, or Southern Africa. - Develop a sales territory by conducting outbound sales campaigns aimed at winning business for Curacel. - Build a healthy pipeline of business to reflect the potential for Curacel in the region, and work to qualify viable opportunities to close business in the medium term. - Meet or exceed a sales quota for net new business with the targeted customers (insurers or brokers) over the reporting period. - Jointly manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, with support from leadership within the organisation. - Serve as the primary point of contact on the ground, within your region, to coordinate customer engagement on sales activities; discovery, demos, POCs, etc. - Effectively use CRM tools to manage the entire sales process, providing accurate and timely reports on deal statuses. - Channel feedback from the market, customers, and prospects to the company, to enhance our product offering and market position. - Report to the CEO/Head of Sales. Qualifications - Highly disciplined, self-motivated - to execute well in a fast-paced environment. - Understands sales process and the need for timely updates. - Goal-getter, creative thinker & solution oriented. - Agile learner with a competitive spirit. - Proven track record of exceeding sales quota preferably in Enterprise Technology Solution Sales. - Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, selling to FSI’s/Enterprise businesses in multiple countries in Sub Saharan Africa. - Knowledge of sales methodologies and frameworks such as consultative selling, MEDDIC, etc. - Excellent persuasive, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities. Requirements - Have SaaS experience. - Have existing network and experience selling to the insurance industry. - Have business proficiency in Arabic, French, Swahili.
