Role Description As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the digital marketing strategy for Growth Mindset Learning Lab. We are seeking a creative and data-driven individual who is passionate about education and understands the importance of marketing in driving growth and engagement. You will have the opportunity to shape, execute, and monitor our digital marketing efforts across various platforms to reach and engage with our target audience. - Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. - Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and PPC. - Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and insights, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. - Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and impactful visual and written content. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies to keep up with the changing digital landscape. - Manage relationships with digital agencies and other vendors to ensure successful execution of campaigns. - Develop and manage budgets for all digital marketing initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector. - Experience with managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google AdWords, and email marketing. - Knowledge of SEO/SEM and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. - Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique campaigns. - Excellent communication and copywriting skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Role Description At Punchcard, we’re in the process of inventing a new type of consulting agency, and we need great people to come along this journey with us. Our clients come to us to help them solve interesting challenges using technology. We’re scaling our team and are looking for a Practice Lead (Digital Workplace) to support the strategic development of the incredible platforms we build for our clients, including next-generation, AI-augmented digital workplaces powered by the latest Microsoft 365 and Copilot agent technologies. With the rapid adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, agents, and AI-powered automation, the “digital workplace” for our clients is evolving. The Practice Lead will help clients navigate this shift, architecting platforms, guiding adoption of AI-first tools, building agent-enabled workflows, and establishing governance, compliance, and long-term strategy. Reporting to the Technical Partner, this role will hold a key responsibility in developing and growing our Microsoft 365 business within Punchcard, working with clients to create and transform their workplaces using digital platforms.
