Human Resources Coordinator

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows, including coordinating in platforms like Deel, Gusto, Rippling, and Bill.com • Support payroll processing, timesheet and compensation updates, documentation, and benefits administration • Assist with multi-state HR compliance — researching requirements, maintaining documentation, and flagging risk • Draft, update, and maintain various HR policies, including employee handbooks • Coordinate recruiting support including job postings, candidate communication, initial interviews, and offer letter preparation • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation across Google Workspace • Communicate professionally via Slack and support day-to-day HR requests from client teams • Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, applying conflict management techniques to resolve concerns effectively while fostering a positive work environment
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of HR experience
- Resourceful self-starter who can figure things out, ask the right questions, and execute with minimal hand-holding
- Extremely detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to catch even small discrepancies, recall process requirements, and identify potential risks
- Hands-on experience with payroll platforms — Gusto, Rippling, Deel, or similar
- Familiarity with multi-state employment compliance
- Experience supporting or managing onboarding/offboarding processes
- Exposure to employee handbook development or HR policy writing
- Comfortable working in Google Workspace and Slack daily
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and clear dissemination of HR policies
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, contract management, and record keeping
- Ability to adapt to change management initiatives while maintaining focus on strategic human resources objectives. Discretion and professionalism as you'll be working with sensitive employee data across multiple organizations

Role Description The Sr. HR Business Partner will strategically coach and consult with the functional business unit leadership to find the best solutions to meet business needs.
