Role Description The Market Insights & Pricing Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding Mueller Water Products’ commercial strategy by combining advanced market intelligence with rigorous pricing analysis. This role is responsible for translating data into actionable insights that enhance pricing performance, market positioning, and profitability across channels, products, and regions. Roughly 50% of the role focuses on pricing analysis, while the other 50% is dedicated to market and competitive insights that inform strategic and tactical decisions across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Pricing Strategy, Analysis & Execution (≈50%) - Maintain and enhance pricing databases, inputs, and analytical tools, ensuring integrity and accuracy of data feeding into strategic and transactional pricing decisions. - Conduct margin, discount, and project analyses to identify pricing trends, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities across regions and product lines. - Recommend and implement price adjustments in alignment with market dynamics, cost drivers, and business objectives, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and clear communication. - Monitor and report pricing KPIs, including pricing attainment, discount behavior, and adherence to guardrails, through dashboards and performance reviews. - Collaborate with Sales and Product Management to evaluate non-standard pricing requests and ensure commercial decisions align with profitability targets. - Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence (≈50%) - Gather and analyze market, customer, and competitive data to identify growth opportunities in key segments such as water infrastructure, utilities, and construction supply. - Synthesize macroeconomic and industry trends such as infrastructure investment, raw material costs, and regulatory developments into actionable insights for senior management. - Develop dashboards and reports tracking market share, channel dynamics, pricing competitiveness, and customer sentiment. - Prepare executive presentations and strategic briefings summarizing insights and recommending clear commercial actions or adjustments. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Finance to ensure cost, margin, and pricing data integrity. - Collaborate with multiple functions to align pricing policies and analysis. - Work closely with Sales and Product Management to inform go-to-market strategies and value-based pricing initiatives. - Liaise with IT and Data Analytics teams to enhance pricing and insights reporting systems, automation, and visualization tools. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 5–8 years of experience in pricing analysis, market intelligence, or commercial strategy within B2B industrial, manufacturing, or construction sectors. - Proven record of improving pricing performance and delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders. - Experience with distributor or channel-based pricing structures preferred. - Strong analytical, quantitative, and commercial acumen. - Advanced proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools (Quicksight, Tableau). - Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (Enterprise One, Salesforce). - Strong presentation and storytelling ability to translate analysis into business recommendations. - Knowledge of pricing methodologies (cost-plus, value-based, and competitive pricing). - Experience with analytical or modeling tools (Python, R, Alteryx) a plus. Role Description We’re currently hiring Senior Enrollment Managers across multiple Inspira Education Group brands. We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Senior Enrollment Manager with a strong ownership mindset. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is eager to help students achieve their academic dreams. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth through inbound sales, while also helping to build and refine the systems and processes that will allow our sales function to scale in the future. This is one of the most impactful roles at Inspira. As the first point of contact for parents and students exploring our programs, you’ll set the tone for their entire experience. The trust, empathy, and expertise you bring to these conversations often become the deciding factors in their choice to work with us. You’ll guide them through one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives - investing in their education and future success. What You'll Do - Lead consultative intro calls (inbound) with parents and students to understand their goals, explain the admissions process, and recommend the right Inspira programs and packages based on their needs. - Own the relationship with prospective students and families from first touch through enrollment by building trust, offering guidance, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey. - Follow up strategically and consistently to stay connected with prospects, anticipate questions or concerns, and help them confidently decide to partner with Inspira. - Experiment and innovate—test new scripts, refine messaging, and explore creative follow-up strategies to maximize conversion rates and continuously improve the enrollment experience. - Close deals across a range of programs and services, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals. - Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, counseling, and finance teams to ensure seamless handoffs, strong alignment, and an exceptional customer experience. - Stay informed on competitor offerings and market trends; provide real-time feedback to founders and leadership to shape product, pricing, and go-to-market strategy. - Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage the full sales cycle—tracking leads, logging communications, creating email templates, forecasting revenue, and maintaining data integrity across all stages. - Forecast enrollments accurately by managing deal stages, values, and close dates in HubSpot. - Support onboarding and customer success for newly enrolled students to ensure a strong start and high satisfaction. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment, ideally with sales cycles under 2–3 months. - Proven success selling premium or high-value service packages (ACV $5,000+), with a track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional client experiences. - Excellent communication skills.
