Territory Business Manager
Dexcom
• Influence and support high and low-prescribing CGM physicians, diabetes education nurses, other health care professionals, office/hospital administrative staff, and durable medical equipment providers to prescribe Dexcom products to their patients. • Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products and integrate them into practice. • Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits to promote Dexcom products to a broad diabetes community. • Provide education on Dexcom products to pharmacies within the assigned territory. • Partner with market access, trade, government affairs, district and territory sales teams, and other departments to facilitate territory sales growth. • Responsible and accountable for meeting territory sales goals as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience.
- Requires significant teamwork and collaboration with district and territory sales teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Requires possession of a valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and satisfactory driving record as determined by company policy.
- Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evening work.
- Previous medical and pharma sales experience with a high sales success track record preferred.
- Diabetes disease state knowledge is a plus.

• Serve as the primary commercial contracting lead for a PE backed healthcare IT company. • Own day to day commercial and vendor contracting while partnering closely with the EVP of Legal, Sales, Finance, IT, and other senior and executive business leaders. • Manage a high volume and wide variety of agreements in a regulated healthcare environment. • Report to the Executive Vice President, Legal and ensure effective contract processes, scale, and stakeholder management. • Travel as required to successfully evaluate & support projects and teams in the field. • Other duties or special projects as assigned.
• Contribute to the design and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring clear alignment with business goals and measurable progress over time. • Combine quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify opportunities for growth, support business case development (including for cross-functional stakeholders), and prioritize initiatives to grow the D2C channel globally. • Design and maintain dashboards and reports to support deeper analysis, standardize reporting processes, and ensure data accuracy. • Monitor and report on key KPIs, highlighting performance trends, execution gaps, and actionable insights to guide decisions. • Work with Finance and Risk teams to create financial projections used to measure and actively manage the performance of the channel and determine budget allocations. • Conduct strategic research, competitive benchmarking, and uncover customer insights (including surveys, analysis of digital behavioral data, etc.) to inform decision-making and uncover growth opportunities. • Assist in the preparation of materials for internal business reviews, planning cycles, and leadership updates.
