Project Architect – Facility Planner
Gahagan and Bryant Associates, Inc.
• Develop room adjacencies, blocking diagrams, and building layouts based on operational and process requirements • Plan facilities that integrate manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, office, and employee support spaces such as locker rooms and break areas • Support projects ranging from greenfield facilities to complex renovations within operational buildings • Prepare planning diagrams, programming documents, and early design narratives • Travel occasionally for project meetings and site visits (typically up to once per month)
Job Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture or similar
- 7-12+ years of professional architectural experience
- Strong understanding of facility planning and architectural coordination
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam and other design tools
- Licensed architect or working toward licensure preferred
