• Define and document the target-state architecture for the Network Services domain, including SIP trunk consolidation, SBC configuration templates, and dial-plan normalization. • Identify and resolve enterprise DNS conflicts and IPAM-related issues across multiple legacy network environments. • Develop standardized configuration templates and architectural guardrails for Voice and SIP services to support large-scale automated deployments. • Design routing frameworks for emergency and authenticated communications, aligning with regulatory and compliance requirements while coordinating with client legal teams for approvals (e.g., e911, STIR/SHAKEN). • Define clear exit criteria and Definition of Done (DoD) for voice migrations, enabling consistent and safe execution by offshore delivery teams. • Contribute to architecture governance, including participation in architecture reviews, design approvals, and development of enterprise standards and reference architectures. • Collaborate with cross-domain architects (security, application, platform) on integrated design decisions.

• Manage delivery pipeline of software engineering solutions across a portfolio • Collaborate with various teams including business, sales, and marketing to define requirements, interfaces, implementation approaches, and scalable and reusable solutions • Drive technical excellence and implementation of best engineering practices such as design review, continuous integration, and test-driven development • Be a hands-on problem solver and lead from the front in continuously exploring new technology platforms • Ensure adoption of best in class quality assurance techniques to delivery very high-quality software solutions • Attract and retain diverse and highly skilled engineering talent with optimal utilization to maximize outputs • Assemble and present technology delivery pitches to senior technical and non-technical audiences • Support pre-sales and solutions teams on pursuits to bring in new business • Work in a mutually interdependent structure spanning across business, technology and other functions helping unblock teams and resolve issues • Work closely with the client engagement partner, to improve client relationship • Efficiently manage the day to day operations and client communication

• Define the end-to-end application and solution architectures necessary to support customer initiatives and programs. • Identify and address architecturally significant changes. • Complete architecture impact assessments. • Prepare technical documentation and present solutions to the Account Architecture Review Board (ARB). • Assign architecture resources across a portfolio of projects and provide mentorship to junior staff.

• Serve as a portfolio architect responsible for mapping existing digital and business processes, identifying required changes, developing technology roadmaps, and playing a key role in supporting our transformation. • Own one or more business technology portfolios within the Sustainment portfolio (e.g., Aftermarket, MRO), including associated strategies, roadmaps, solutions, and applications. • Act as a senior member of the architecture community by developing clear technical architectures at the portfolio level, standards, and strategic technology roadmaps for assigned portfolios within P&W, while ensuring end-to-end visibility between digital technology and business processes and enhancing the value and visibility of P&W’s architecture approach. • Develop and deliver robust architecture guidance for major initiatives and work closely with P&W stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs. • Provide strong leadership and overall technical direction to technology and business teams, communicating guidance based on enterprise standards. • Provide thought leadership and expertise on platforms (e.g., SLM, SEM), the applications and business processes associated with the assigned portfolios.
