• Provides safety science and pharmacovigilance support to assigned molecules within Ionis portfolio • Ensures high quality of aggregate report production • Develops risk management documents in collaboration with Drug Safety Physicians • Coordinates safety review meetings • Conducts signal detection activities and evaluates emerging safety data • Authors key sections of periodic safety reports and other PV documents

• Audit and remediate existing ServiceTitan configurations across all OpCo instances — identify gaps, inconsistencies, and revenue leakage in current setup • Design and document the Columbia ST standard: job types, price books, dispatch boards, membership structures, reporting taxonomies, and integration logic • Own the ST onboarding playbook for acquired companies — from day-one data migration through full integration to platform standard • Manage 2 direct reports and a network of ST contractors; set their priorities, QA their work, and hold them accountable to timelines • Partner with GMs and field operators across OpCos to drive adoption — including change management in markets where operators have run their own way for 20+ years • Build the reporting infrastructure that gives leadership real-time visibility into booking rates, technician productivity, revenue per truck, and membership penetration • Evaluate and manage integrations across the tech stack — phone systems, marketing attribution, financing, and BI tools • Lead the phased consolidation from separate ST instances to a unified platform architecture as the business scales

• Provide therapeutic area/product expertise for external medical stakeholders • Plan and execute independent Medical strategies and engagements • Maintain knowledge of relevant TA/disease states and Pfizer medicines • Serve as a conduit for Medical Information and external medical stakeholder insights • Deliver approved medical content about Pfizer medicines • Identify and seek medical scientific engagement from priority external medical stakeholders • Engage local Patient Advocacy Groups as appropriate

• Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, provide strategic and operational leadership for biostatistics function. • Overseeing end-to-end clinical data workflows, ensuring high-quality evaluation of clinical data. • Developing and mentoring biostatistics staff for continued effectiveness and scalability. • Provide statistical leadership in the development and evaluation of study designs and methodologies. • Partner with clinical operations, data management, and statistical programming teams for efficient clinical databases. • Lead and/or oversee statistical programming and analysis activities across multiple research studies, utilizing various statistical models. • Direct the creation of analysis datasets, data summaries, and statistical reports, primarily using SAS. • Contribute to preparation and review of clinical trial deliverables like study reports and regulatory documentation.
