Technical Sales Manager
IFF
• Cultivate and develop relationships with targeted existing and potential customers to promote IFF as the preferred supplier • Offer technical and commercial solutions to customer driven projects • Identify and evaluate new market trends/opportunities and develop these opportunities in new business to grow the company’s market share within the bakery industry • Ensure prices & conditions negotiations • Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts, monitor and adapt sales activities that these objectives are met in accordance with IFF’s category strategy • Actively promote the company profile at conferences, tradeshows and industry seminars
Job Requirements
- A professional with a bakery technology background having a solid practical understanding and experiences with bakery enzymes
- Minimum of 3 years working experience
- Fluent in English language and have a valid driving license
- Excellent communications & negotiation skills in English (desirable another language)
- Customer centric and open-minded
- Proven project management skills where full ownership of driving new business opportunities is demonstrated
