We are seeking a Senior Shared Services Analytics Manager to serve as the operational heartbeat of our global analytics organization. Reporting to the Director of Analytics Operations and supporting the Analytics Leadership Team, you will act as a strategic partner, driving the department's internal identity, communication strategy, and team development. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical excellence and organizational health. You will be responsible for managing high-stakes executive communications and orchestrating large-scale departmental processes & events for a team of 150+ professionals. Your mission is to ensure our global team is strategically aligned, highly skilled, and clearly communicating across the PlayStation ecosystem. Responsibilities - Executive Operations & Communications – Act as a strategic proxy for leadership. Own the creation of high-impact executive presentations and briefings for the VP and other senior stakeholders. Translate complex analytics initiatives into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Departmental Voice – Design and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy. Manage departmental newsletters, announcements, and the brand of the analytics organization to ensure all team members stay informed and inspired. - Internal Training – Lead the skills uplifting roadmap. Identify skill gaps within the analytics space and develop formal training plans, workshops, and certification paths to keep the team at the forefront of industry trends. - Strategic Orchestration – Own the end-to-end planning for major departmental milestones, including quarterly planning sessions, all-hands meetings, and large-scale team-building events. Balance business-critical alignment with culture-building. - Stakeholder Enablement – Develop and maintain a framework for stakeholder training, ensuring our business partners know how to effectively engage with analytics services and self-serve tools. - Operational Rhythm – Maintain the departmental cadence of accountability. Track progress against non-technical strategic goals and ensure the leadership team is prepared for key milestones. - Change Management & Culture – Drive organizational change initiatives that improve team morale and operational efficiency. Act as a culture-carrier, ensuring a consistent and inclusive experience across a global, distributed team. - Organizational Insights – Design and execute the voice of the employee strategy. This includes architecting internal surveys to measure departmental health, training effectiveness, and event impact. Collect feedback data and synthesize complex feedback into actionable themes and executive-level readouts to inform future strategy. What We’re Looking For: - 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, analytics operations, program management, or as a chief of staff within a large-scale technology organization - Exceptional ability to create compelling presentations and written communications that simplify the complex - Proven track record of building training programs or learning & development initiatives in the technology industry - Experience managing large-scale logistics for large groups events, including both virtual and in-person formats - Ability to navigate a matrixed global environment, building rapport with individual contributors while providing candid upward feedback to leaders - A deep understanding of the gaming industry or high-volume consumer tech is a significant plus - High proficiency with tools such as MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Slack for internal narrative-building and communications; Please refer to our Candidate Privacy Notice for more information about how we process your personal information, and your data protection rights.
