• Collaborating with Founders and Product Designers on audio algorithm development • Developing audio DSP algorithms for embedded platforms (effects, synthesis, audio processing) • Contributing to platform architecture and toolchain development for a new DSP platform • Writing production-quality embedded C/C++ code • Working with other Developers and Engineers on product design decisions, balancing technical constraints with creative goals • Testing, debugging, and optimising code for real-time performance on resource-constrained hardware

• Provide on-site technical support to end-users, addressing a wide range of issues promptly. • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including computers, printers, and networking devices. • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate unresolved problems as necessary. • Collaborate with remote teams to resolve complex technical issues. • Assist in the setup and deployment of new technologies and systems. • Document support activities, manage tickets, and maintain an inventory of IT assets. • Ensure adherence to IT security policies and procedures during all support activities.

Role Description Welty Energy is looking for a Senior Transmission Line Engineer to join our Energy team! As a Senior Transmission Line Engineer, you will lead the technical review process for our client(s)’s transmission line projects ensuring compliance is met in line with client standards and expectations. While this position can be remote, the hired team member will travel up to 15-20% of the time. Relocation and sponsorship is unfortunately not provided at this time. Day to day, you may: - Conduct technical review of high voltage transmission line designs (34kV – 500kV). - Perform analysis/modeling of wood, steel, and lattice structures. - Prepare construction plan documents as required per project. - Perform QA/QC reviews of all work product. - Assist with the preparation of proposals. - Interface with client’s engineering groups and project management team to provide regular and timely updates. - Perform site visits when necessary. - Take a lead role in growing the Welty Energy Transmission Line Engineering team. - Mentor and assist in the professional development of junior engineering staff. - Provide technical assistance to the Welty Energy Project Management Team. - Consult on internal projects when requested by the PM, Portfolio Manager, or Executive Vice President. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in civil or electrical engineering at an ABET accredited university is preferred. - 6-10+ years of experience as a Transmission Line Engineer well versed in design engineering of high voltage transmission lines (34kV – 500kV). - PE license advantageous. - Comfortable with Travel: 15-20% travel (project specific). - Adhere to Welty Core Values, OPTIC (Openness, Passion, Teamwork, Integrity, Customer Centricity). - Establish trust and healthy rapport with client and contract engineer firms. - Collaborate with the Management Team to foster a productive and encouraging environment. - Ability to travel to meetings and project locations (10-20% as an average). • Provide Tier 1 support for Cisco collaboration and contact center technologies • Monitor, manage, and resolve incidents and service requests through a Service Desk / ticketing system • Perform ticket triage, prioritization, documentation, escalation, and resolution in accordance with SLAs • Support users and contact center operations with Cisco platforms, including: Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) – basic configuration, user/device provisioning, and call routing support • Cisco Webex Contact Center – agent login issues, queue-related issues, basic call flow troubleshooting, and user support • Troubleshoot common VoIP and contact center issues such as call quality, login failures, and service availability • Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 engineers with clear documentation and troubleshooting steps taken • Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles • Follow ITIL-based processes and support continuous service improvement initiatives
