Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. • Serves as a security subject matter expert for all U.S. locations including stores, distribution centers and national offices. • Recommends process improvements for area of responsibility to direct leader. • Develops customized reports for business partners and stakeholders that identify trends and opportunities as directed. • Provides insight and awareness material based on security trends and available data. • Performs daily/weekly/monthly tasks within Asset Protection programs as assigned to their role and responsibility by direct leader. • Supports security process changes, policy creation or revision and capital improvement projects. • Supports security vendor relationships. • Performs both internal and external reviews to ensure current assigned security programs are functioning and meeting business requirements and industry standards as directed. • Assesses risk to business operations. • Contributes to training team members in security and safety procedures. • Contributes to security and business projects and programs and drives related tasks. • Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader. • Complies with ALDI privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information. • Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice or Business Management or a related field required. • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required. • Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. • Experience in management or oversite of enterprise physical security systems and projects including access control, IP video, intrusion, and fire systems preferred. Physical Requirements: • Work may be performed in an office, remote office or a combination of both where a computer and office equipment may be used as needed to perform duties. • Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another. • Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse. • Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs. • Lead new customer acquisition efforts across Ohio, with a focus on the commercial real estate and multifamily verticals • Build and execute a territory growth plan centered on proactive outreach, discovery, and long-term account development • Own the prospect and customer-facing milestones of the sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery to solution positioning, proposal delivery, negotiation, and close • Conduct persuasive product and solution demos, aligning customer needs with cloud, on-prem, or hybrid physical security offerings • Partner closely with Sales Engineering and Technical Account Management to ensure accurate solution design and smooth project transitions • Represent K Group Companies at industry events, networking functions, and regional engagements • Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline forecasts, and activity reporting • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them modernize legacy systems and plan long-term technology refresh cycles

• Develop and manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts. • Generate new business opportunities by expanding within existing accounts. • Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and align solutions across physical security and managed services. • Leverage knowledge of CCTV, intrusion, fire, and nurse call systems to design tailored solutions. • Stay current with new security technologies, products, and industry trends to advise clients effectively. • Partner with technical teams to ensure client needs are accurately translated into deliverables • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling across the security and IT service portfolio.

• Responsible for the day-to-day security operations of one or more information systems • Maintaining the system’s Authorization to Operate (ATO) under the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) • Serve as the primary point of contact for the ISSM, the Authorizing Official’s representative, and the engineering team on all matters of system security • Develop and maintain the full body of RMF artifacts—System Security Plan (SSP), Security Assessment Plan (SAP), Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M), Continuous Monitoring strategy, Privacy Impact Assessment, and Contingency Plan • Shepherd packages through eMASS or equivalent • Track vulnerabilities, IAVMs, and STIG compliance; manage POA&M closure; coordinate audits and assessments; review system changes for security impact • Translate policy (NIST 800-53, CNSSI 1253, DoDI 8500.01, 8510.01) into clear engineering guidance • Proactively solve unusual and/or complex problems with little or no direction given • Operate effectively in a fast-paced technical environment supporting senior military leadership • Partner closely with the Cybersecurity Engineer, the engineering team, and government stakeholders to keep the system secure, compliant, and operational
