Your mission is to turn a high-performing sales team into a precision-engineered growth machine. You'll own the revenue system end to end — building frameworks, dashboards, and discipline that push the entire organization toward its next milestone. What You'll Own - Revenue Performance: Accountable for lead-to-booking rate and driving a minimum 20% month-on-month revenue increase. - Sales Infrastructure & Systems: Build SMS cadences, follow-up sequences, and re-engagement plays while ensuring sales reps think critically. - Speed to Lead & Pipeline Velocity: Build and enforce systems of accountability to ensure every lead is touched fast and moved efficiently. - Sales Team Enablement: Coach and develop a high-performing team of 3 Senior Advisor Closers and 3 SDR Setters. - HubSpot Fluency: Comfortable operating within HubSpot, updating dashboards, and troubleshooting basic issues. - Forecasting & Reporting: Know your numbers and report weekly to coach the team effectively. - AI + Automation Integration: Leverage AI agents and automated workflows to enhance output and increase appointment volume. Qualifications - A Builder at Heart: Experience scaling B2B or coaching sales organizations. - An Outside-the-Box Thinker: Ability to see opportunity in a messy pipeline. - Metrics Driven: Decisions based on data, not feelings. - A Leader of A-Players: Set standards and drive accountability. - Genuinely Tech-Savvy: Able to navigate HubSpot and troubleshoot data issues. - Infectious Energy: Excited about building and inspiring the team. - Strategic + Tactical: Execute with precision and a "make-shit-happen" mindset. Benefits - Compensation: $8,000/month base + tiered commission on monthly revenue. - Potential earnings based on performance: - Drive $500K/month → take home $15,500/month ($186K/year) - Drive $750K/month → take home $21,750/month ($261K/year) - Drive $1M/month → take home $30,500/month ($366K/year) - No cap above $1M; the more you build, the more you earn. - Contractor role with 38 days PTO, fully remote. Company Description Lean Marketing is a multi–7-figure brand serving founders and business owners around the world with premium offers and a world-class sales process.
