Director, Inspection Operations and Optimization

Role Description We are seeking a Director, Inspection Operations and Optimization with experience in leading large-scale operational transformation and building more scalable, modern operating models. You will be part of the Field Inspection Operations team responsible for building a more scalable, efficient, and technology-enabled inspection field organization. - Drive operational transformation at scale. - Improve performance through data-driven decision making. - Shape the future of field inspection operations. - Utilize experience in territory planning, routing optimization, and workforce utilization. Qualifications - 8-10+ years of experience in field operations, logistics, service delivery, or related environments. - Deep understanding of field operations, logistics, or service delivery models at scale. - Proficiency in operational transformation, change leadership, and scalable process design. - Ability to align territory planning, routing optimization, and workforce utilization with cost efficiency drivers. - Expertise in capacity planning, resource forecasting, and operational performance optimization. - Experience in building and scaling distributed field teams, including contractors and FTEs. - Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Operations, Product, and Data. - Experience with routing, scheduling, or workforce management tools. - Strong data fluency with the ability to translate insights into operational decisions. - Familiarity with reporting, analytics, and performance tracking systems. - Experience enabling operations through technology, automation, or system-driven workflows. Requirements - Leading the transformation of field operations into a unified, scalable, and technology-enabled operating model (50%). - Building and implementing modern processes, workflows, and standards across field teams (30%). - Driving data-informed decisions across routing, territory design, capacity, and SLA performance (10%). - Establishing standardized metrics, performance visibility, and accountability across all regions (10%).
