Role Description Our client is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and organized Production Planner to support manufacturing operations by coordinating and scheduling production activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with production, procurement, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure efficient operations, timely product delivery, and optimal resource utilization. - Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity. - Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components required for production. - Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. - Assess production capacity and resource availability to optimize equipment, manpower, and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, quality assurance, and warehouse to align production activities with business objectives. - Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency within production planning activities. - Participate in Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen) initiatives and continuous improvement projects. - Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including on-time delivery, inventory turns, and production yield. - Maintain accurate production planning records, reports, and documentation. - Coordinate daily packaging activities and raw material transfers from remote warehouses to support finished goods production. - Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor to support departmental operations. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field; or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. - Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems, preferably Syspro. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage. - Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing work environment.

Role Description The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Pre-Production Artist will provide support to our partner through day-to-day graphic support. You will be responsible for designing mockups, vectorizing logos, and producing presentation decks from their initial concept through to their final delivery.
