Job Requirements
- You hold a master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field;
- You are a registered member in good standing with the OPQ or OTSTCFQ (master's level required);
- You have at least five years of clinical experience;
- You can set short-term goals and use a solution-focused approach;
- You are empathetic and able to manage crisis or high-risk situations;
- You have strong time management skills and can manage a high volume of clients;
- You have access to a confidential workspace;
- Proficiency in French required, bilingualism is an asset.
