Intelligence Analyst
Dexcom
• Conduct travel risk assessments and threat assessments in support of executive protection operations, senior leader travel, and corporate events. • Support insider threat investigations in coordination with HR, Legal, IT and other stakeholders. • Research and investigate people of interest who may pose threats to executives, employees, or organizational assets. • Produce clear, concise intelligence reports, executive briefings, and incident summaries for leadership. • Leverage open-source, commercial, and other databases for intelligence collection, trend analysis, and risk forecasting. • Collaborate with the global security operations center on real-time incident monitoring, alerts, and escalations. • Monitor geopolitical, criminal, cyber, and reputational threats across global regions and integrate findings into actionable reporting. • Provide intelligence support to Regional Security Managers in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, tailoring analysis to regional risk profiles and operational needs. • Maintain intelligence databases, case files, and records in accordance with legal, regulatory, and privacy requirements. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of intelligence tradecraft, SOPs, and analytic methodologies. • Support the organization’s executive protection program, special events, and global operations by producing actionable intelligence and risk assessments. • Responsible for conducting travel, threat and location risk assessments, investigating people of interest, and supporting insider threat investigations led by key stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in intelligence analysis, protective intelligence, and threat investigations, 2 of which are in a corporate or government environment.
- Demonstrated experience conducting travel risk assessments, threat investigations, and protective intelligence.
- Strong analytic, writing, and briefing skills with the ability to distill complex information for executive audiences.
- Familiarity with intelligence platforms, investigative databases, social media and open-source monitoring tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, with tight deadlines.
- Collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional partners.
- Experience supporting global or multinational operations.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CTIA, IFCP, etc.) or other intelligence/security credentials from an accredited organization.
- Active member of relevant intelligence and security communities (e.g., ASIS, ATAP, etc.) to stay current on best practices, emerging threats, and industry standards.

The Lead will drive development of intelligence-driven detections, hunt methodologies, adversary tracking, SIEM content engineering, and operational threat-informed defense capabilities. - Lead CTI, detection engineering, and threat hunting operations. - Develop intelligence-driven detection and hunt strategies. - Produce operational and strategic threat intelligence reporting. - Develop and maintain: - SIEM detections, - analytics, - correlation rules, - behavioral detections, - and hunt playbooks. - Conduct hypothesis-based threat hunting aligned to: - MITRE ATT&CK, - adversary TTPs, - malware campaigns, - and emerging threats. - Integrate CTI into SOC workflows, detection engineering, and incident response operations. - Analyze: - malware trends, - adversary infrastructure, - campaigns, - indicators, - and attack patterns. - Support automation and SOAR integration initiatives. - Brief executives and technical leadership on emerging threats and operational risk.
