Role Description The Senior Director, Cyber Trust Enablement leads the strategy and execution of programs that operationalize the organization’s security strategy across product, engineering, IT, and business functions. This leader builds enablement frameworks, tooling, training, and governance that increase security maturity, reduce operational friction, and measurably improve trust outcomes. - Serve as the primary communications strategist and trusted advisor to the VP of Trust, CSO, and senior security leaders. - Develop high-impact materials for Board of Directors, senior leadership, and executive forums. - Translate complex security strategy, risk posture, and performance data into clear narratives for non-technical senior audiences. - Build and manage the security communications calendar. - Partner with Corporate Communications, Legal, and Trust stakeholders to ensure messaging accuracy. - Support incident-related communications by providing coordinated executive guidance. - Develop and manage flagship transparency and trust assets for customers and external stakeholders. - Create proactive customer-facing security communications. - Collaborate with Security Operations, Engineering, Risk, and GRC teams to ensure external content accuracy. - Define and lead the enterprise security enablement and awareness strategy. - Develop programs that improve associate understanding of security risks and responsibilities. - Lead the creation of security awareness campaigns and resources. - Introduce and evolve channels, tools, and processes for effective security messaging. - Oversee phishing simulation programs to measure and improve associate security behaviors. - Define success metrics for communications, engagement, and awareness programs. - Analyze performance data and audience feedback to refine content and delivery approaches. - Manage program budgets and vendor relationships. Qualifications - 12+ years of experience in communications, executive communications, or strategic program roles. - Demonstrated experience supporting security, technology, or risk-focused organizations. - Proven ability to advise senior leaders and influence across organizational boundaries. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling. - Experience designing programs that drive engagement, understanding, and behavior change at scale. - Track record of producing external and customer-facing communications content. - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
