• Measurement & modeling — provide senior support across the full portfolio: MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, website analytics, CM360 reporting, and growth journey analytics. Lead the technical implementation of MTA 2.0, partnering with the team that owns strategy and roadmap. • Methodology & rigor — pressure-test assumptions, validate outputs, and guide reconciliation across measurement approaches so stakeholders know which signal to trust for which decision. Bring clarity to complex methodological questions, including privacy-resilient measurement. • AI & advanced analytics — apply ML, statistical modeling, and AI (including LLM-based workflows and modeled conversions) to improve measurement quality, speed, and scalability. • Mentorship — develop team members on measurement craft, modeling depth, and data science methods. Build advanced analytics capability within the function over time. • Cross Functional Communication — translate technical measurement outputs into clear language for marketing, finance, and executive audiences. Support the team's credibility in cross-functional forums.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics and measurement roles, with significant time in senior positions
- Deep expertise across MMM, multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, website analytics, and growth/funnel analytics
- Hands-on background building or leading MMM and MTA models — with depth to implement, not just oversee
- Strong data science foundation: regression, Bayesian methods, time-series, and ML applied to marketing measurement
- Applied AI experience in marketing analytics — LLM-based workflows, modeled conversions, or measurement automation
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R); familiarity with GA4, CM360, and BI tools
- Experience mentoring analytics talent across measurement and data science
- eCommerce background required; DTC/subscription, and multi-channel experience strongly preferred
- Strong communicator; ability to influence cross-functional teams and Leaders across the organization
- Comfortable as a senior partner supporting a team that owns strategic direction

Role Description The Vice President of Secondary Marketing is responsible for the leadership and execution of the organization’s secondary market activities for residential mortgage lending.
