Hepatitis B, HB) y la prevención de Chagas congénita, fortaleciendo la atención a gestantes y niñez expuesta; mejorar normativa, Sistema de información y Vigilancia Epidemiológica (SIVE), cascadas y capacidades del personal de salud; y coordinar los pasos preparatorios de la validación ETMI, asegurando evidencias de calidad (datos, programa, laboratorio, derechos) conforme a los criterios OMS/OPS, en articulación con MINSA y socios. - Macro producto 1 – Aceleración ETMI y red Materno Neonatal e infantil (MNI): - Monitoreo mensual de gestantes y niñez expuesta (VIH, sífilis, HB, Chagas) con tableros por SILAIS; - Informe ETMI con análisis de brechas (ADN proviral ≤2 meses, tratamiento de pareja, Carga Viral 36 sem (CV), oportunidades perdidas) y plan de mejora; - Visitas de acompañamiento a SILAIS priorizados (p. ej., Bilwi/Managua/Chinandega) con auditoría rápida de registros/triangulación y flujos laboratorio; - Coordinación con Organización sin fines de lucro (OSFL) para POA 2026; - 2 cohortes de capacitación (16 h) a Equipos de Salud Familiar y Comunitario/Grupos Interculturales de Salud Integral (ESAFC/GISI) con medición pre/post, práctica de pruebas rápidas y registro. - Macro producto 2 – Gestión programática, información y validación: - Acompañamiento a informe de situación ITS/VIH 2026; - Elaboración de cascada Tratamiento antirretroviral (TAR) y de prevención en embarazadas, con recomendaciones para retención y supresión; - Actualización acompañada de guía/protocolos y formatos de registro (concordancia con orientaciones internacionales); - Paquete de calidad de datos y propuesta de ajustes SIVE (piloto en ≥2 SILAIS) para mejorar amigabilidad e integración con laboratorio; - Ruta de alistamiento hacia la validación ETMI, alineada a la Gobernanza OMS/OPS 2022: conformación del Comité de Validación Nacional, cronograma y listas de verificación/plantillas para datos, laboratorio, programa y derechos/participación. Qualifications - Doctor en Medicina y Cirugía. - Maestría en Salud Pública, Epidemiología o Salud Sexual y Reproductiva es una ventaja. This person will be a techno-functional asset to an IT organization supporting Law systems and technologies. They will be overseeing an application portfolio, working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. They will be supporting customers within the Law organization and should be able to understand their technical environment to oversee maintenance and progress with legal applications.
