Role Description We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to support the revenue team of a leading U.S.-based corrugated packaging manufacturer. This role combines CRM management, outbound calling, and lead generation support to drive pipeline growth and improve account penetration across existing and prospective customers. - Keep the CRM clean and actionable. - Identify opportunities within existing accounts. - Execute structured outbound call campaigns targeting U.S.-based business professionals. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in inside sales, SDR, BDR, CRM administration, or B2B outbound calling. - Hands-on experience with a CRM system such as SugarCRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar. - Strong English communication skills both verbal and written. - Experience calling and speaking confidently with U.S.-based business professionals. - High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and CRM management. - Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes. - Proactive mindset: you identify issues and opportunities without being asked. - Availability during U.S. business hours. Requirements - Maintain and update records in SugarCRM with accuracy and consistency. - Ensure completeness across all accounts and contacts and remove duplicate or outdated records. - Segment and organize account lists for targeted outreach. - Generate basic reports to support sales activity and pipeline visibility. - Analyze CRM data to identify underpenetrated accounts, inactive customers, and re-engagement opportunities. - Research accounts to identify additional contacts and decision-makers. - Support account expansion efforts through structured outbound outreach. - Conduct outbound calls to existing customers, warm prospects, and cold prospects. - Execute structured call campaigns and follow defined call cadences. - Qualify leads using discovery questions and schedule meetings for the sales team. - Log all call activity and outcomes accurately in the CRM. - Assist with lead follow-up and nurturing activities. - Maintain clear and detailed notes for all prospect interactions. - Coordinate with the internal sales team on next steps and handoffs. - Support ongoing lead generation initiatives and campaigns.
