Lead Product Manager, Enterprise Systems
Slate
• Drive the product roadmap for Slate’s core enterprise platforms – ERP (Finance, OTC, PTP), MES, WMS, PLM, and Travel & Expense • Design the end-to-end Design-to-Build data flow • Lead structured evaluations of major platforms, documenting MVP requirements • Define the business processes that will govern how Slate operates • Partner directly with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Commercial Operations to translate business requirements into technical workflows • Lead implementation teams through discovery, configuration, UAT, cutover, and hypercare for major releases • Establish BOM and master data governance across business units • Design automated user lifecycle, PO, and Sales Order flows integrated with Active Directory and downstream systems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of product management or technical program management experience delivering enterprise systems
- Hands-on experience as the primary product owner on at least one full-cycle ERP implementation (Oracle Fusion, SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent)
- Strong working knowledge of the PLM → MES → ERP toolchain – TeamCenter, 3DEXPERIENCE, or equivalent
- Comfort connecting disparate systems via APIs, middleware, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar frameworks
- Experience helping a company move from scrappy early-stage systems to enterprise-grade infrastructure
- Deep fluency with BOM effectivity, option configurations, and item / material master
- Excellent technical leadership skills, comfortable reading SQL, working in Tableau or equivalent BI tools
