Make sure things run, contracts get signed, partners deliver.. • Automate Operations: Rebuild each of these workflows on AI agents and modern automation. Goal: an Operations function that runs on systems, not on hours — no manual work in the loop.. • Lead the Business Operations Associate: Line-manage and develop our existing Business Operations Associate. Coach on AI-native ways of working, prioritise their work toward the highest-leverage Operations bottlenecks, and grow them as the function scales. • New AI-Native Capabilities: Use AI to build new internal services and capabilities — inside Operations and across other teams at Smeetz — that wouldn't exist without it. Spot high-leverage opportunities, prototype fast, scale what lands. • Collaborate with Accounting & Finance: Work as a partner to the Senior Accounting & Controlling Manager — share AI tooling, automation patterns, and lessons learned from Operations. Each function owns its own scope. • Adoption & Enablement: Make AI a habit, not a project. Train teams on Claude skills, prompts, and workflows. Document what works, retire what doesn't.

• Be a key contributor to the technical implementation and lifecycle management of data classification and sensitivity labeling across Microsoft 365, on-premises, supported SaaS applications and endpoints. • Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies for Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, endpoints, and supported SaaS applications; validate effectiveness via testing and metrics. • Own and execute eDiscovery end to end using Archive360 and Microsoft Purview: legal holds, content search, exports, and process improvements with Legal and HR. • Triage insider threat alerts, contribute to case building, and assist with handoffs to Legal and HR. • Implement AI security controls for enterprise AI usage (copilot, AI agents, and AI enabled integrations/applications) • Assist in day-to-day administration and optimization of email security controls including policies, firewall, spam detection, and email authentication

• Prototype Incubation & Auditing: Evaluate "vibe-coded" AI tools and automations built by non-technical business units (StratOps, Commercial Ops, etc.) to help boost their commercial ROI, security posture, and architectural viability. • Production Refactoring (The Paved Road): Take ownership of high-value internal prototypes (e.g., AI SDRs, RFP generators) and refactor them into secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade applications. • LLM Orchestration & Integration: Build and maintain secure integrations between foundational models (via APIs) and Impiricus's internal systems, specifically our Enterprise Data Lake and CRM (Salesforce). • Full-Lifecycle Maintenance: Act as the technical owner for all "graduated" internal AI applications, ensuring high uptime, managing prompt drift, and updating API connections as internal schemas change. • Cross-Functional Product Management: Act as your own PM. Interview business stakeholders to map complex operational bottlenecks, ruthlessly define scope, and manage stakeholder expectations regarding what should be an AI experience versus a standard SQL dashboard. • Governance Enforcement: Apply Enterprise Data & Analytics standards to all internal tooling, ensuring zero data leakage, strict access controls, and mitigation of hallucination risks in operational outputs.
