• Strategische Marktentwicklung & Account Strategy: Entwickeln und verantworten der Go to Market Strategie für unsere Zielbranchen, identifizieren und priorisieren von Zielkunden • Prospecting, Sales Cycle & Closing: Identifizieren und entwickeln neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten durch entsprechenden Aktivitäten • Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Kunden: Strategische Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Kunden, Identifikation zusätzlicher Geschäftspotenziale • Cross Functional Collaboration: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams (Sales Leadership, Marketing etc.) • Revenue Ownership: Verantwortlichkeit für Umsatzziele und Beitrag zum Unternehmenswachstum • Forecasting und CRM Management: Verantwortung für Forecasting und Sicherstellung einer transparenten Pipeline Planung im CRM
Job Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B Vertrieb von Software oder SaaS Lösungen, idealerweise in unseren Zielbranchen oder im Industrial und Manufacturing Umfeld
- Nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau von Neugeschäft (New Logo Sales) sowie im Abschluss komplexer Enterprise Deals
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit OEMs sowie Tier 1 Zulieferern
- Gutes Verständnis für Engineering, Beschaffungs oder Cost Engineering Prozesse in unseren Zielbranchen
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Territory Planning, Account Strategy und Pipeline Management
- Sehr gute Kommunikations, Präsentations und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten auf Entscheiderebene
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Resilienz und unternehmerisches Denken
- Erfahrung im Management komplexer Sales Zyklen mit mehreren Stakeholdern

• Prospecting and Planning: Identify and qualify prospective surgeons and accounts • Develop and implement account or surgeon-specific plans and selling strategies to grow sales and convert new business • Achieve Business Plan Objectives and sales goals/quotas through accurate use of approved resources • Product Sales: Drive product sales for all assigned products within an assigned territory or set of named accounts • Uses product and customer knowledge to present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of products • Customer Relationships: Gain access to the right surgeons and buyer points within an account • Build effective customer relations with key surgeons, operating room personnel and other pertinent hospital personnel • Case Coverage: Maintain appropriate surgeon/resident contact with all prospects or newly converted customers • Routinely provides support to surgeons and OR personnel during surgical cases • Customer Care: Strive to improve care for our patients • Service customer as a problem solver and maintain excellent response time and follow-up • Routinely educates Surgeons, OR and Central Supply Personnel through in-services and workshops • Inventory Management: Maintain JnJ sales equipment and promotional materials in proper condition • Actively promotes new or special emphasis products and strategic selling objectives • Implements a plan to achieve a balanced product sales mix in assigned territory

This includes a deep understanding of customer needs, our suite of offerings and effectively closing deals. • Generate leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel to further qualify the prospects' needs and determine a good fit with Lightspeed’s solutions. Engage with new customers through a variety of channels including inbound leads, networking and social media. • Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Success and Marketing to ensure a cohesive customer experience. • Maintain a deep understanding of our Products, competitive advantages, industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities and foresee challenges. • Maintain and report sales metrics to leadership, ensuring that data within our Sales Automation and Customer Relationship Management tool, Salesforce, is current and accurate. • Proven ability to blend strong sales talents and process discipline, relationship-building abilities, and technical knowledge to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
