• Als Sales Development Representative identifizierst und qualifizierst gemeinsam in unserem Team potenzielle Kund:innen und legst mit gezielter Ansprache den Grundstein für langfristige Kundenbeziehungen. • Identifikation potenzieller Unternehmenskund:innen (B2B) und Recherche nach einem effektiven Weg der Kontaktaufnahme • Durchführung kurzer, strukturierter Qualifikationsgespräche zur Einschätzung von Bedarf, Timing, Ressourcen und Entscheidungsfähigkeit • Vereinbarung qualifizierter Gesprächs- bzw . Demonstrationstermine für Account Executives sowie ggf. eigenständige Erstvorstellung der Lösung • Vollständige und zeitnahe Dokumentation aller Aktivitäten, Gesprächsergebnisse und Next Steps im CRM-System • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebsansätzen, Gesprächsleitfäden und Kampagnen • Qualitatives Feedback an Sales und Marketing zur Zielgruppenansprache und Lead-Qualität
Job Requirements
- Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Inside Sales, Business Development oder Leadgenerierung im B2B-SaaS-Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Identifikation, Ansprache und Qualifizierung von potenziellen Kund:innen
- Sicherer Umgang mit telefonischer und schriftlicher Kundenkommunikation
- Strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an aktiver Neukundenansprache
- Freude an der Arbeit mit klaren Zielen und KPIs sowie daran, Fortschritt messbar zu machen
- Klare und professionelle Kommunikation sowie saubere Übergabe qualifizierter Leads an Sales / Account Executives
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (z. B. HubSpot, Salesforce oder vergleichbar)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.

Role Description We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to support the revenue team of a leading U.S.-based corrugated packaging manufacturer. This role combines CRM management, outbound calling, and lead generation support to drive pipeline growth and improve account penetration across existing and prospective customers. - Keep the CRM clean and actionable. - Identify opportunities within existing accounts. - Execute structured outbound call campaigns targeting U.S.-based business professionals.
