The syllabus covers concepts in instructing, standardized CAS Cadence, scenario development, product development, simulator training techniques, classroom instructor techniques, mission preparation, execution and debriefings. The course closes out with a live-fly CASEX using contract air support assets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Primary task: Support four (4) JTAC Instructor Courses (JIC) consisting of 2 x weeks and 4 courses per year at Moore County, NC. Secondary task: Remain flexible to cover down on any training opportunities that require JTAC-I or JTAC-E duties.
