Hotel Equities
• Oversee the operations of the hotel accounting of multiple hotels. • Manage, train and develop portfolio accountants. • Financial Statement preparation. • Bank reconciliations. • Review of invoices and preparation of check runs. • Cash Management. • Preparation of State and Local Tax returns for sales tax, hotel occupancy tax, telecommunications tax, and other applicable taxes. • Utilizing the Profit Sword accounting system to record and reconcile accounting records. • Various owner and Property requests as needed.

- Previous hospitality or hotel industry accounting experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of ProfitSword accounting software (preferred).
- Systems knowledge including NetSuite, ProfitSword, FOSSE, ADP, Opera, Micros, Toast, and Lightspeed (preferred).

Title: SMT JTAC Program Manager Location: United States Department: Project/Program Management Job Description: Position Summary MAG Aerospace is seeking a Joint Terminal Attack Controller Instructor/Evaluator (JTAC I/E) in support of the JTAC Instructor course (JIC) facility located at the Moore County Airport, NC. 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne) (1SFC), JTAC Instructor Course (JIC) is a way to standardize SOF JTAC-I training throughout 1SFC and provide instructor candidates with a larger scope of information than simply minimum time as a SOF JTAC. The syllabus covers concepts in instructing, standardized CAS Cadence, scenario development, product development, simulator training techniques, classroom instructor techniques, mission preparation, execution and debriefings. The course closes out with a live-fly CASEX using contract air support assets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Primary task: Support four (4) JTAC Instructor Courses (JIC) consisting of 2 x weeks and 4 courses per year at Moore County, NC. Secondary task: Remain flexible to cover down on any training opportunities that require JTAC-I or JTAC-E duties. Duties include, but not limited to: - Will perform JTAC/JTAC-I/JTAC-Evaluator control duties. - Must successfully pass a SPOT JTAC and JTAC-I evaluation within two months of hire. - Will maintain currency and proficiency in JTAC, JTAC Instructor, and JTAC Evaluator qualifications; in accordance with JTAC MOU, USSOCOM M350-5, USASOC Sup 1, 1SFC D350-1, Appendix M and SF Group guidance. - Will provide instruction to JTAC trainees, JTACs, JTAC Instructors and JTAC Evaluators in accordance with JFS ESC, SOCOM, USASOC, 1SFC and SF Group guidance. - Will develop, maintain, and update course materials; giving and grading exams; coordinating classroom space and logistical requirements; classroom and field instruction; and documenting every aspect of student performance. - Will perform specified notional CAS, Rotary Wing, Artillery (ARTY), Naval Surface Fires Support (NSFS) and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Electronic Warfare (EW) requirements and duties with simulators in lieu of CCAS or military aircraft duties. - Will assist with range scheduling and mission duties for range operations. - Will provided/develop JTAC simulator scenarios and simulator operations as needed. - When requested, shall attend Fire Support and JTAC conferences, symposiums, meetings and working groups to ensure program continuity. - Will provide CAS/CCAS malfunction, accident, incident response and reporting. - Will attend annual professional development training as directed by the JTAC program supervisor. - Assist with maintaining JIC course curriculum, academic folders, JTAC online folder management, after action reports and program plans. - Navigate day or night, to and from the training are complying with local range procedures. - Provide initial, recurring, requalification and spot objectivity evaluations as required. - Shall participate in all virtual and DMO training and exercises as required. - Possess advance knowledge of Joint, and Special Operations Forces operations, JTAC employment scenarios, JTAC tactics, techniques, and procedures.
