Role Description Doppio is seeking a Project Manager to provide project leadership across a portfolio of our professional services engagements. This person will report to the PMO Director and will drive successful execution of cloud and on-premise Infor M3 implementation and migration projects . This person is known as a relentless executor with excellent organizational skills, who thrives on ensuring outstanding client experiences. They enjoy building relationships externally by serving as a client partner and are motivated to manage projects in a manner that not only delivers on client objectives but helps our internal team members learn and perform to their highest potential. This person contributes to our evolution by identifying and helping execute improvements to our internal processes so that we can constantly improve our ability to execute. More specifically, here is what you will be doing: - Develop and manage project plans that meet client objectives and allow us to delight clients, delivering projects on-time and on-budget - Provide leadership to delivery teams (e.g., building the team, motivating team members, delegating work, monitoring performance) through project go-live and transition it seamlessly to support mode - Track progress of each project against scope, goals, budgets, timelines, etc. - Prepare all project-related reports such as project status, resource utilization, and risk reports - Facilitate weekly team meetings to review the status of projects and disseminate regular stakeholder updates on a regular cadence - Proactively identify risks, and develop and execute action plans to mitigate those risks bringing them to swift resolution - Define and facilitate communication of policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure consistency across customers and projects - Continually refine, implement, and improve delivery methodologies that help ensure a positive client experience - Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the client - Actively build and foster client relationships that result in additional work and/or referenceability - Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with clients and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news - Identify lessons learned and share those across our internal organization to help us get stronger from the inside, out Qualifications - 8+ years experience in project management within management/technology consulting, software engineering, or IT services environments that are focused on ERP and supply chain technology - 5+ years experience with enterprise ERP systems, with at least 2 projects being ERP implementations - Experience managing Infor projects ideally - 5+ years of consulting experience - A successful project management track record for full life cycle (small and large) software implementation projects using a structured approach/methodology (both Agile & Waterfall methodologies helpful) - Practical experience implementing technology solutions to automate business processes - Razor sharp analytical skills and attention to detail with extensive experience working in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as well as Google Sheets and Slides - Worked in a fast-paced environment, supporting senior executives - Demonstrable empathy and team player characteristic to create a sense of trust - A willingness to manage and mentor junior consulting team members - A sense of urgency and a bias for action - Located in the U.S. or Canada - Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10-15%) Requirements - Working knowledge of process manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, or discreet manufacturing - Experience in leading enterprise data projects, demonstrating working knowledge of data lakes and enterprise analytics tools and the ability to convey business insights from data - PMI Certification Company Description Founded in 2013, Doppio is a global technology consulting firm with a presence in Chicago, Vancouver, and Bangalore, and additional remote team members across North America and India.
