• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer • Partner with hiring managers to provide a best-in-class hiring experience • Support employer branding, including writing compelling job adverts and promoting internal mobility • Support the rollout and continuous improvement of Form3’s annual Performance Management Framework • Drive forward the end-to-end performance cycle (goal setting, in-year reviews and continuous feedback) • Partner with People Partners and business leaders on performance, feedback, and development initiatives • Use data and insights to track performance trends and inform decisions
Job Requirements
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally across both tech and non-tech roles
- Experience hiring globally (e.g. Europe, US)
- Experience designing, implementing, or improving Performance Management frameworks, including goal setting (performance / development), review cycles and continuous feedback
- Strong knowledge of talent and people tools (e.g. Greenhouse, LinkedIn, HRIS - Hibob)
- Proven ability to manage projects, with a track record of delivering People initiatives (e.g. PM cycles, framework rollouts) at pace
- Exposure to broader Talent Management / People disciplines (e.g.development, rewards)
- Background in a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment

Role Description MedElite is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist as an independent 1099 contractor to provide full-cycle recruiting support for healthcare positions on a project basis. The contractor will leverage their expertise to deliver qualified candidates while maintaining full autonomy over their methods and schedule. The ideal candidate has prior healthcare recruitment experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage multiple requisitions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities - Deliver full-cycle recruitment support for clinical and corporate roles across assigned markets, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. - Provide a consistent flow of qualified candidates for open requisitions while managing multiple priorities. - Collaborate with hiring managers as needed to understand position requirements and priorities. - Utilize personal expertise and preferred sourcing tools (including LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and any provided ATS access) to identify top talent. - Maintain accurate candidate records and communications as mutually agreed. - Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill healthcare positions (Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Physicians, etc.). - Deliver recruitment services as an independent professional, exercising discretion over daily activities and approach.
