Role Description MedElite is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist as an independent 1099 contractor to provide full-cycle recruiting support for healthcare positions on a project basis. The contractor will leverage their expertise to deliver qualified candidates while maintaining full autonomy over their methods and schedule. The ideal candidate has prior healthcare recruitment experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage multiple requisitions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Position Details: Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Physician with Board Certification in Psychiatry to collaborate with and oversee Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants providing psychiatric services in Long Term Care facilities. This physician will ensure the highest standards of behavioral health, psychiatric, and psychotropic medication management, while supporting regulatory compliance and clinical excellence across the organization. Responsibilities: - Clinical oversight and collaboration with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants - Twice Monthly meetings/check-ins with assigned psychiatric practitioners - Phone supervision of assigned Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants delivering psychiatric care - Provide consultation to providers via electronic communication (phone, email, telehealth, etc.) - Review psychiatric evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and medication management documentation - Support appropriate diagnosis and treatment of common behavioral health conditions, including but not limited to schizophrenia, bipolar, schizoaffective and other serious mental illnesses, depression, anxiety, dementia-related behavioral disturbances, psychosis, and mood disorders - Guide best practices related to psychotropic medication use, monitoring, and deprescribing when appropriate - Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, including primary care providers, nursing staff, and facility leadership - Execute and ensure compliance with State-to-State collaboration and/or supervision requirements and applicable scope-of-practice regulations - Supervise practitioner prescription of Schedule II-V controlled substances where allowed by State Law.
