Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative, financial, and technical support for transmission and infrastructure projects. - Support project closeout activities by reviewing construction documentation, reconciling materials and quantities, and resolving discrepancies. - Review Z-sheets and construction closeout packages to reconcile unused or returned materials against design drawings and bills of material. - Maintain accurate systems of record by documenting material variances, asset changes, and project notes in WAM and related systems. - Support CPR activities and coordinate with accounting teams to ensure assets are properly capitalized and financial records remain accurate. - Review and interpret utility construction and design prints to support material reconciliation and as-built documentation. - Prepare, manage, and maintain project, legal, and compliance-related documentation using PDFs, Word documents, and spreadsheets. - Communicate with project teams and field personnel to gather information, resolve issues, and support the timely completion of projects. - Assist with additional project support tasks and changing priorities as needed. Qualifications - Experience working in utilities, construction, engineering, or a related infrastructure environment. - Ability to read and understand construction and design drawings/prints. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to reconcile materials, quantities, and documentation discrepancies. - Comfortable working in a support role with shifting priorities and ad hoc assignments. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, as well as PDF editing tools. - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with field crews, project teams, and leadership. - Willingness and eagerness to learn new systems, processes, and technical concepts.
