Senior Business Development Manager, EMEA
Chemours
• Lead business development activities across the Industrial and Commercial Refrigeration and broader HVACR / thermal management market. • Identify new growth opportunities, develop value propositions, and strengthen Chemours’ position across key segments of the value chain. • Build deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory developments, and value-chain dynamics. • Establish and maintain strong relationships across technical, commercial, R&D, manufacturing, and operational functions. • Drive measurable growth through field engagement, seminars, case studies, and targeted marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor level or higher), preferably in Engineering; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of sales and business development experience in B2B environments such as chemicals, commercial refrigeration, cold storage, food retail, or heat pump industries.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills, with a consultative and customer-focused mindset.
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across the EMEA region.
