• Assist the Director of Business Development in entering, tracking, and reporting on sales leads within Sales CRM tool. • Serve as a resource to the external Sales teams during the dealer acquisition period. • Support with generating sales presentation materials and organizing campaigns. • Research dealerships and competitors. • Confirm availability of sales targets to avoid duplicate efforts and conflict. • Maintain a database of information on competitor programs and insurance platforms. • Assist in facilitating virtual and in-person sales meetings. • Provide sales support for Global Administrators regarding pricing and marketing inquiries from agents.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Background in Business is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Well-developed time management skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple demands.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
