HRIS Manager

• Develop and implement HR Technology strategies that align with the organization's objectives. • Oversee the implementation of new HRIS technologies and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. • Collaborate with HR and IT departments to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. • Collaborate with HR team members to identify system needs and enhancements. • Analyze HR data and metrics and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations. • Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and issues, providing timely resolutions. • Conduct training sessions for HR staff and end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HRIS and technology to recommend improvements. • Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. • Develop business cases for implementations/enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Master’s degree in HRIS preferred
- HRIP Certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS or HR management
- Experience with HRIS software and tools, Paylocity Experience preferred
- Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role.
