• Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend components using .NET (C#), React.js, and SQL Server. • Optimize application performance, ensuring scalable and efficient database interactions. • Implement secure, maintainable APIs following best practices for authentication and data protection. • Collaborate with team leads, architects, and engineers to build scalable multi-tenant SaaS solutions. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Conduct and receive code reviews, applying best practices for clean, maintainable code. • Improve test automation coverage, working closely with QA and Test Automation Engineers. • Troubleshoot and debug production issues to ensure system reliability and stability. • Continuously learn and stay updated with modern software development trends.

• Own database reliability outcomes: availability, performance, recoverability • Design and operationalize data-loss recovery procedures (restore workflows, validation, execution plans) • Lead DB fleet lifecycle management (versions, patching, sizing, standards) • Improve alerting, observability, incident response, and RCA • Implement secure-by-default DB patterns (least privilege, encryption, auditability) • Build self-service database capabilities to reduce support burden • Pair daily with internal DBAs to model DBRE practices (observational learning)

• Contribute to the development and implementation of frameworks to evaluate and monitor the innovative machine learning solutions at Workiva • Assist in building the platform and metrics to evaluate and govern the ML/GenAI based solutions • Support the development of tools, systems, infrastructure, and automation to evaluate the performance and monitoring of applications • Work closely with senior team members to troubleshoot issues related to accuracy, safety latency of ML based solutions • Gain hands-on experience with Workiva’s technical standards and methods, while taking ownership of assigned activities

• Serve as a GRC cybersecurity advisor supporting strategic projects at BRP Austria. • Ensure governance frameworks, security policies, and regulatory requirements are incorporated into projects. • Identify cyber risks, vulnerabilities, and threats, providing clear mitigation strategies. • Act as a security SME advising on ISO 27001, NIST, CIS and related frameworks. • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Project Management on security solutions from design onwards. • Ensure security is integrated early in project lifecycles — security by design. • Engage stakeholders to promote security awareness and informed, risk-based decision making.
